FaceTite® in Palm Desert & La Quinta, CA
Tighten lax facial and neck skin, refine the jawline, and reduce localized fullness with physician-led FaceTite treatment from Kenneth Jesser, MD.
Facial refinement beyond surface-level tightening.
A minimally invasive treatment that delivers controlled radiofrequency energy beneath and above the skin.
FaceTite is a radiofrequency-assisted facial contouring treatment designed to address mild to moderate skin laxity and localized fat around the lower face and neck. A small internal probe and an external electrode deliver controlled energy between them.
The energy heats targeted tissue, supports contraction beneath the skin, and may assist with reduction of small areas of unwanted fat. This allows Dr. Kenneth Jesser to refine the jawline, lower face, and neck without performing a traditional surgical facelift.
FaceTite is more involved than a non-invasive facial treatment, but less invasive than open surgery. It uses small access points rather than the larger incisions associated with a conventional face or neck lift.
Controlled energy delivery
Radiofrequency energy is delivered between internal and external components while temperature and treatment parameters are monitored.
Skin and contour addressed together
Treatment may address lax tissue and localized fullness during the same procedure when appropriate.
Results develop gradually
Initial contour changes may be visible after swelling subsides, while tissue remodeling can continue over the following months.
Where structure softens, FaceTite helps redefine.
FaceTite may be considered for patients who want more improvement than a surface treatment can provide but are not ready for, or do not need, a traditional surgical lift.
Jawline Definition
Refine a softened jawline and create a cleaner transition between the lower face and neck.
Jowls
Address mild to moderate lower-face laxity that contributes to early jowling.
Double Chin
Reduce selected areas of localized fullness beneath the chin when appropriate.
Loose Neck Skin
Improve the appearance of lax tissue along the upper neck and submental area.
Lower-Face Contour
Create a smoother, more defined lower facial silhouette.
Individualized Facial Balance
FaceTite may be combined with other treatments when a broader rejuvenation plan would better address volume, skin quality, or expression lines.
Precision between two points.
FaceTite uses radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis technology. Treatment is customized according to facial anatomy, tissue quality, localized fullness, medical history, and the degree of correction desired.

Refine
Targeted tissue is treated methodically to support contraction and improve facial and neck contour.
Is FaceTite right for you?
The best candidates generally have mild to moderate facial or neck laxity, realistic expectations, and a desire for noticeable improvement without a traditional surgical facelift.
Severe skin laxity may be better addressed surgically. Dr. Jesser will explain the expected level of improvement and whether FaceTite, another treatment, or a combination plan is most appropriate.
A treatment journey designed around precision and healing.
Procedure length, anesthesia, compression, activity restrictions, and recovery vary according to the areas treated and whether FaceTite is combined with another procedure.
Dr. Jesser and the team will provide individualized pre-treatment and aftercare instructions. Following those instructions is essential for safe healing and the best possible result.
Plan your treatment.
Your anatomy, skin quality, medical history, goals, and alternatives are reviewed before treatment is scheduled.
